Eight Days and Counting!

We cannot believe that we are eight days away from being on a really long flight to Uganda!! The planning and preparation for this journey has been amazing. It seems like just yesterday (December) we were just beginning to invite graduates to go on this trip…and now we find ourselves scrambling to remember everything we need to pack (don’t worry…we have a long list!), praying more intently for our time away, and running every other last minute errand that we can think of!

As of today, we are just over 85% fully funded for our trip. We know that God is our provider and cannot wait to see all the ways that He pulls through! Maybe you are someone who has a heart for missions and have always wanted to go on a mission trip – well this is a great way to get involved in missions without going on the actual trip. We fully believe in sowing seed toward where you want to go. We are praying that each person who has donated toward this trip is abundantly blessed – more than they could ask or imagine.

On Friday, we’ll be posting specific prayer requests for the team while we are gone. We would really appreciate all of your prayers as we endeavor to “let our light so shine before men that they may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).”
